Understanding gonadal signaling throughout the body is key to understanding sex differences. This work is being lead by Dr. Rizwan Qureshi and done in collaboration with Dr David Pepin at MGB.

Little is known about sex development in the earliest stages of life. This project explores sex differences starting during the first 7-14 days of human development. This work is led by Dr Rizwan Qureshi and is being in done in collaboration with Dr David Pepin at MGB.

Whole-body foundation models of human disease are being created but without consideration of sexual dimorphism. We aim to focus on this as a primary axis of prediction. This is a collaboration with Marina Sirota and her team at UCSF.
